We are 100% committed to ensuring that all deliveries are as discreet as possible, to enable your shopping experience with us to be as pleasant as possible. Your order will be packaged in a discreet, plain parcel. The only details included will be the recipient’s details.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office (Don’t worry all items are packaged discreetly with no identifying markings).
Shipping times will vary depending on location however generally shipping and handling could take up to between 10 – 24 Business days and if you’re located in remote areas (deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer).
All orders placed outside of normal business hours Monday to Friday and weekends will be processed the following business day. Rest assured we will process your order as fast and as quick as our sales team can get your items from shelf to post box.
Please note if we are out of stock, we will send your product directly from our distribution center which includes overseas locations i.e USA & Asia to save time so you don’t have to wait until our next shipment arrives. (Please allow 10 to 25 business days).
You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our products and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. However due to health & hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on used or ‘change of mind’ Sex Toys.
If your product is found to be faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we are unable to replace your product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value.
Please note: We do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted products at your own expense.
Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, from the date we receive the faulty product.
Before returning a faulty product, may we please ask you to follow a few simple testing procedures as follows.
- Make sure the batteries that are used are of correct type
- Make sure the batteries have been inserted into the product correctly
- Try new batteries as you may be using old worn out batteries
- Make sure battery connectors are not wet or have moisture
- Make sure the security seal has been removed from the battery compartment
